The Outreach Training Phase of the 9th Stream of the Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders has started

The Outreach Training Phase of the Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders, the 1st anti-corruption professional educational initiative operating in the Republic of Armenia has kicked off in Aghveran.

It is part of the school’s advanced training phase, which consists of the “Anti-Corruption Advanced Training” and “Pillars of National Identity” modules.

During the outreach phase, the students first met with Karen Zadoyan, President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, and Education Expert Areg Tadevosyan, President of the “Intercultural Research and Development” NGO.

Karen Zadoyan made an opening speech, asked what problems the students faced during the master classes and practical skills development stage, what observations they have about the previous 3 stages of the school and what impressed them.

Some of the participants mentioned that they would like the school to be funded by the state, to be continuous and to include larger groups. They noted the meetings with the Rector of the Polytechnic University, as well as the meeting with H.E. Karekin the Second Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.

The students of the School enthusiastically participated in the discussions and were actively involved in practical activities. The agenda is quite saturated. One of the speakers, Areg Tadevosyan, will present a lecture on the topic of ability-based learning and introduce the universal methods of non-formal education.
