5th Assembly

The 5th assembly of the Anti-Corruption Coalition of Civil Society Organizations of Armenia (hereinafter: Coalition) was held online on February 5, 2021.

During the assembly, Karen Zadoyan, the coordinator of the coalition’s secretariat and president of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, presented the activity report of the Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenian CSOs for the period of 09.12.2019-25.12.2020, which was followed by a discussion among coalition members.

Then the assembly continued with the discussion of determining the number of the new management board of the Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenian CSOs. As a result, it was decided to set the number of the management board of the Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenian CSOs at 5.

Accordingly, the following CSOs were elected by the Assembly as members of the 5th composition of the Management Board:

  1. Armenian Lawyers’ Association, represented by Karen Zadoyan,
  2. Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises, represented by Arkadi Sahakyan, “NGO Center” CSDI NGO, represented by Arpine Hakobyan,
  3. “Center for Economic Law” NGO, represented by Movses Aristakesyan,
  4. “UN Armenian Association” NGO, represented by Armine Podosyan.

At the end of the assembly, participants discussed the situation in the country, ways to overcome it, the current problems of the Coalition, and upcoming tasks.
