Opinions-Observations and Recommendations on the Drafts of the  RA Anti-Corruption Strategy and the Resulting Action Plan for 2023-2026

On 13 July, 2023, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia published the Drafts of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Armenia and the Resulting Action Plan for 2023-2026 on the Unified Website for Publication of Legal Acts Draft (e-draft.am). The opinions and recommendations of the “Armenian Lawyers’ Association” NGO, “Europe in Law Association” NGO, the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia, the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia regarding the above-mentioned drafts (in Armenian language) are available here.

Observations and recommendations made by the “Armenian Lawyers’ Association” NGO, “Europe in Law Association” NGO, the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia, Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum Armenian National Platform (EaP CSF ANP), the EU-Armenia Civil Society Platform, the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia, and the RA Ministry of Justice during the public discussion of the Drafts of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Armenia and the Resulting Action Plan for 2023-2026 which was held on 29 August, 2023, were included in the opinion as well.
