Call for Applications for Anti-Corruption Training for Civil Society Organizations
Emphasizing the role of anti-corruption education in the fight against corruption for years, the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia (hereinafter also the Coalition) announces the start of anti-corruption training for representatives of CSOs operating in Armenia, including CSOs that are members of the Coalition.
If you want to get basic knowledge about the anti-corruption field, institutes, mechanisms and have your own unique contribution in the fight against corruption, hurry up to register for the course and get both theoretical and practical knowledge from the best experts in the field – led by Mr. Karen Zadoyan, the President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, Coordinator the Secretariat of the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia.
Topics included in the curriculum?
The curriculum includes the following 6 topics:
- Concept of corruption, history, best practices and stages of anti-corruption fight.
- International anti-corruption initiatives and legal documents. UN Convention against Corruption.
- Anti-corruption institutional system, anti-corruption pillars, anti-corruption strategy and its monitoring.
- Anti-corruption education, prevention of corruption in public and private sectors.
- Institutes for confiscation of property of illicit origin and beneficial owners.
- Fighting Corruption, International Legal Cooperation and Whistleblowing Institute.
Format of the course
The course will be conducted in the offline format. In order to impart lasting knowledge to the participants in the best way, each course will be conducted interactively, including both theoretical and practical components.
Who is the training intended for?
The training is intended for representatives of CSOs operating in Armenia, including CSOs that are members of the Coalition, who are interested in anti-corruption activities. The training will be held in a group of 10-12 people.
Duration of the training
The courses will be held from 25 January to 29 February 2024 – one course per week.

Each lesson will last two hours (one theoretical and, one practical hour)
Where and when will the lessons take place?
The training will be held at the Central Office of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association (address: Yerevan,
7 Nalbandyan Str. Suite 2) on Thursdays, from 16:00 to 18:00.
Conditions to apply
Training is free of charge for representatives of CSOs that are members of the CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia.
For representatives of other CSOs who are not members of the Coalition: participation fee is 60 thousand AMD.
During the training, all participants will be provided with training materials, as well as coffee/tea breaks.
