Focus Group Discussions in the Framework of Monitoring the Implementation of the RA Anti-Corruption Strategy

On April 15, 2025, at the initiative of the “Armenian Lawyers’ Association” NGO and CSO Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia, online focus group discussions were held within the framework of public monitoring of the implementation of the 2023-2024 performance of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Armenia and its 2023-2026 Action Plan.

The first discussion was attended by representatives of responsible state bodies who had direct participation in the implementation of the measures envisaged by the Strategy, while the second discussion was attended by representatives of civil society organizations.

During the discussions, participants addressed the substantive details of the implemented measures, discussing their compliance with strategic goals, the degree of effectiveness, as well as identifying problems encountered during implementation and achievements recorded.

The ALA and the Coalition are conducting this monitoring with a comprehensive approach, using qualitative and quantitative research methods to collect complete and reliable information on the implementation of the Strategy’s action plans.

The results of the discussions will be systematized in a monitoring report, which will be presented to all stakeholders and the public. The report will also include expert conclusions and recommendations aimed at more effective implementation of the fight against corruption.
